@Cashencarlo1 @MattPotts_ @Zerosumgame33 I think it’s more than that. Per the 10k, as of March 25, 2026 the outstanding Series F are convertible to 21,468,687 common shares.
@VictorishB123@DJoilguy@JoshYoung@SeekingAlpha Agreed, this is a sell on the pop. Will be interesting to see who they can pull in management-wise. That could convince me to stick around.
@VictorishB123@DJoilguy@JoshYoung@SeekingAlpha My thoughts exactly. The amount plus Hanna leaving at the same time makes me think there was a coup on the board. Hopefully it was in service of paying off the preferreds
@VictorishB123@DJoilguy@JoshYoung@SeekingAlpha That would make sense. Also maybe overconfident in his ability to refinance. Especially after the poor communication around earnings in the past.
@VictorishB123@DJoilguy@JoshYoung@SeekingAlpha 100%. Frommer doesn’t have a lot of runway left, but maybe has more institutional credibility. Seems like Kovalik and Hannah were either forced out or saw the writing on the wall. Annoying that Kovalik got a $3M payday on his way out
@salmonstockcar @Eddiekovalik Where are you getting the March 5 date? I’m hoping there is an update on refinancing debt and this is then pumping the stock to offload at a better price
@VictorishB123@RickHol34475697@RorschachStocks I’m also long. Aside from Basenese’s podcast where he and Kovalik seem confident that they will restructure, agree they have been extremely quiet. This is a little disconcerting given the last time they went quiet was before the Q2 earnings “misunderstanding”
