Here is my view on a yearly TF.

The FVG there will be fully established in few hours.

There may be panic sell at some point and that will move the dip deeper and faster.

Of course these are just speculations.

What is certain is;

1. #BTC in 2025 is closing weak.
2. The Imbalance created in 2024 is expected to be filled.
3. When that happens #BTC will be hitting around 48k before aiming for all time high.

So, it appears this guy has finally realized that you cannot go solo for too far in international politics. 😂

After all the loud talk, the anti-Western rhetoric, the “we don’t need anybody” posture and the endless celebration from his supporters who were convinced that he was single-handedly transforming his country into the next Dubai, reality seems to be knocking on the door.

Now, he is reportedly seeking a high-level diplomatic engagement with Aso Rock.

Interesting. Very interesting. 👀

For years, we were told that these new Sahel leaders had found the magic formula — that they had rejected the old order, turned their backs on traditional regional partners and were going to build prosperous nations entirely on their own terms.

Fine.

But international relations don’t work on vibes, revolutionary speeches and social-media applause.

Countries need countries.

You need neighbours.
You need trade partners.
You need access to markets.
You need diplomatic channels.
You need security cooperation.
You need regional stability.
And, most importantly, you need countries with whom you can negotiate when reality becomes more complicated than the slogans.

Nigeria may have its own enormous problems, but Aso Rock remains an important diplomatic and economic centre in West Africa. You simply cannot completely ignore Nigeria and expect the consequences of your decisions to stop at your borders.

And to all those afofungbemu who were celebrating and presenting every move as evidence that their man had turned his country into “Dubai” — where are you now? 😂

This is not about mocking anyone or wishing failure on another African country. In fact, I genuinely hope the diplomatic engagement produces something positive for everyone involved.

But there is a lesson here:

Independence is not the same thing as isolation. Sovereignty does not mean you don’t need anybody. And rejecting one alliance does not magically eliminate the need for partnerships.

If this diplomatic outreach is indeed happening, I wouldn’t be surprised if other Sahel countries eventually find themselves having similar conversations with President Tinubu and the Nigerian government.

Because when the political fireworks are over and the cameras disappear, geography, economics, security and national interest remain.

And eventually, reality always collects its bill.

The chicken has come home to roast. 🐔🔥

ATIKU’S BORDER CLAIM: WERE THE BORDERS CLOSED?

Attention has been drawn to comments by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on his plans to reopen Nigeria’s land borders if elected President in 2027.

As the Minister of Interior who supervises the Nigeria Immigration Service being an agency of government in charge of border and migration management, it is expedient to state that Nigerian borders are not closed and so cannot be reopened.

On 16 December 2020, the previous government reopened Seme, Illela, Maigatari and Mfum, with the rest to follow. Idiroko and Ikom were reopened for goods and services on 20 April 2022, and Kamba and Tsamiya, in Kebbi State, followed under the current administration in February 2026, linking to Niger Republic and Benin Republic respectively.

The former Vice President named Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Benin Republic specifically. The prolonged closures on the Cameroon border, at Banki and Amchidé, did not arise from the 2019 trade policy at all. They date to 2014, when Boko Haram forced their closure for security reasons, and reopened in 2019, with Fotokol and Gambaru following in 2021, after joint military and stabilisation efforts by Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad.

Folding this separate, security driven history into one continuous 2019 shutdown misrepresents two distinct issues, trade regulation and counter insurgency, as a single failure.

Not every northern crossing is fully unrestricted today. Where banditry or residual insurgent activity persists, tighter control is a deliberate security judgement, not neglect, since reopening ahead of the security situation would expose traders and border communities to greater risk.

Modern border management is not a choice between total closure and unrestricted movement; it requires security, documentation, customs compliance and controlled trade facilitation together.

Political competition should not become a competition to rewrite recent history. If he has a new border proposal, he should set it out and explain how it differs from the current approach, rather than treating separate trade, security and infrastructure issues as one and the same.

I served the federal government for 10 years and left the civil service at GL 14 - CONMESS 04. And you know how much my monthly pension is - 74k and those that wait until retirement and left at GL 17 - CONMESS 07 are collecting around 125k monthly as pension.
This is the job security that you are been promised. Young men and women run while you can there’s nothing in the civil service unless if you’re aiming to pilfer which is becoming almost impossible to reach that level
