@Dell I've followed up the email I sent to you 2 wekks ago which you didn't respond to. The auto reply says you have closed my case. I asked for management, as my laptop is not only faulty it's been damaged by Dell. Respond!!
@Dell Don't buy a Dell! The products, they come with faults and their engineers damage equipment. Furthermore Dell isn't interested in putting things right! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

@Dell I made a very big mistake buying one of your high spec laptops! Came from the factory with errors! After many hours of conversation an engineer was sent that made an even bigger mess of it. Damaged! Replace the not future for purpose item. Stop fobbing me off.
@DellCares Did that before and I've gone round in circles with Dell for months. Fact is I've proved the laptop was faulty at the factory and your engineer caused further damage. Contact me and replace as it wasn't fit for purpose in the first place and its definitely not now. #NeverbuyDell

@airasia We have tried this multiple times and gone round in circles! The final time it come up with some sort of error with your system. Please provide a direct contact!
