@directwoodfloor do not recommend, different version of stories are being projected from customer service. Poor management, poor lack of courtesy for customers, inexistent delivery
@directwoodfloor Awful customer service. My delivery was due Tuesday and not processed, this was then rescheduled from Friday. Called yesterday to even confirm and now it has been โstuckโ at the depot and advised next Thursday?? How is this satisfactory.
Absolutely disgusting customer service from @HabitatUK / @Argos_Online. Delivery driver would not wait a reasonable 10 minutes and failed to deliver my item. Now my item is out of stock so cannot reschedule, yet my item is on the delivery van?. We are now without a couch.
@HabitatUK@Argos_Online update: Claiming my couch is not estimated back in stock till November. But where has my couch gone that was โapparentlyโ on the delivery van this morning? Was my couch even out for delivery. Awful customer care.
