the way taeyong talks about the people who have been with ilichil for years.... like there is something so special about group that has grown alongside the same people for so long. system change, people come and go, but there are still people who know them, understand them, and keep showing up for them. no wonder ilichil can still feel so much like ilichil..

🌹: I’ve really thought about a lot of things while doing this job. And I think the moment when I genuinely felt like I was going to hit my limit was when some of the people around us, people who had been working with us for a really long time and had always worked so hard, started leaving. I remember thinking, ‘Okay, maybe this is the breaking point.’ But ironically, those people were actually the ones who kept telling me, ‘You have to keep going,’ and cheering me on and hyping me up from the sidelines.

🐱: If I may brag a little, quite a few of the people on our team have actually been with us for a long time, right? Of course, there are some things we can’t help when the system changes, but a lot of people have been working together for quite a long time.

🌹: There are definitely a lot of things that have changed, but even so, the people who are actually running things for us now are people who have been watching us and working alongside us for a long time. So I think it’s actually pretty easy for us to work together and get in sync. Because the fact that we’re able to pull something like this off with such a tight schedule in itself means that all of those people are working incredibly hard.
