@paddypower i have done a loose calculation for those 10 seasons. They secured 812 points (but were in competition for 1140). As each game with 'illegally' bought players should be a 3-0 loss, their points should be -1140. This places them below national leagues North/South (6th division).

Re celtic performance.
You suggested Scottish teams don't deserve their place based on performance. But, Scottish teams are poor enough. Removing European income impacts all teams in the Scottish league system.
