@4ngelgutting I had a thigh gap at bmi 24.4 (my highest weight). it really depends on your bone structure and fat distribution. I have a wide pelvis and all weight goes to my stomach so it’s easy for me to have it. On the other hand I’ll never have a small waist!

@CirrusHusband__ Even worse when they have a smaller bone structure than you so if they lose a bit of weight they can achieve a 25 inch waist while you could starve yourself to death and not go below 29.5 inches 🥰
@elizalhu You will NOT get enough nutrients no matter how hard you try. If you just started losing weight and “lost” 4 lbs in a week it’s probably just water weight though
@elizalhu A lb of fat is 3500 calories. 4 lbs is 14,000. That means you have a daily deficit of 2000 calories which means you’re either eating 500 calories a day or even less depending on how small you are. There’s a reason why doctors tell you to not exceed 2lbs/a week
