Users were SUPER EXCITED and overleveraged on bidding.

As it was the first auction, users were about to get abosultely rekt as your launch didn't perform.

We don't offer refunds but on this occasion as TOPKEK [Us] could of done a better job on disclaimers etc. We offered it this time only.

[YES, users should manage risk better] however its in my best interest to look after the community and damage control.

We offered you the tokens back of your project because it made sense to do so, you refused.

So instead of shedding badlight on your own screwed up launch. Takes responbility.
