@JAYO3579 I do think it will take many years for Yaser Asprilla to get to point of not thinking about his ankle injuries. He had a knee injury earlier this year that he is slowly coming back from but his cutting will take some time to rebound from because of the nature of his injuries.
@JAYO3579 I think Neiser Villarreal is capable of taking on taller, stronger, more athletic fullbacks and center backs. Now if he can play consistently without getting hurt meaning in Cruzeiro he will definitely get a call up to the national team. But he seems to have the least
@CanteraColombia yerson Mosquera just picked up an injury and hasn’t supplanted Yerry Mina as the third center back option yet. Cuesta is dealing with his own fit issues and hasn’t been the same since Colombia played against Romania in 2024. Willer Ditta may play as a fourth option but Yeimar
@futbismo He knows and what he does are two completely different things. we are almost a year and and a half removed from from him Arias kicking the ball from a free kick distance against Brazil in Brazil and getting his center back Davinson Sanchez hurt. Let‘s pump the breaks on him.
@SVargasOK He Yerry Mina better be ready for the next qualification matches for the World Cup. His job isn’t finished yet and he might be paired with Yeimar Mosquera in the back line.
@GolesDoSantaFe He Carrascal is fine making threaded passes. James Rodriguez will be relegated to scoring goals before the twilight of his career and Carrascal will pull the strings and help on defense on Colombia’s national team.
@cesaralo The move to Vitória Guimarães by Yeimar Mosquera has put the federation and Nestor Lorenzo on notice. The moment he Yeimar Mosquera is called up for his first senior national team appearance the clock will start on Nestor Lorenzo keeping His position with the team.
@PauloCCortes How do you know? what is stopping Colombia from rewriting history? As long as Yeimar Mosquera plays as a defensive midfielder and moves back to center back Colombia can go just about anywhere.
@FluzaoCo Deossa won’t solve the midfield from getting abused by European squads like Switzerland in fact he might be an injury concern. Fourth Arias is a follower onto the play his goals lately were CREATED by Luis Suarez. So Colombia first has to address their manager and fast. Not
@FluzaoCo You’re insane. Lucumi first got worn down after playing Ghana and couldn’t play the full extra time against Switzerland. Having Yeimar Mosquera at least on hold could have kept the defense in their World Cup campaign. Second Arizala has to take the starting job from Mojica. Third
@ApuestassLM Maybe Colombia should look inward towards itself and see that it has a once in generational talent like Yeimar Mosquera who can the midfield and back defensive line to develop and play him accordingly. Then it will truly see what causes its shortcomings.
