I have been silent on here for a few weeks, truth is this little boy decided to arrive into the world 8 weeks early! He is now 9 weeks old and thriving! One day, he may just wear one of these hats for himself, but for now he was trying Daddy's one on for size 👮‍♂️🚔

Back in the office today and processed 7 high risk DA MARAC referral forms for discussion from Police as well as prepping for this week's meeting

ACC @ItsChrisDavison closed the day by presenting our new Level 1 practitioners with their certificates. Huge thanks to Dawn Cowling and our #TRIM Lead DCI Rachael Cox for organising the day for us all 👏 🌟🌟

Finally we had Claire Morgan from @leicspolice to discuss their #TRiM response to the Leicester City helicopter crash. Some great work by TRiM team, also sharing lessons learnt. Now we have a #regional TRiM operating protocol and a dedicated welfare cell for major incidents

Next we had an input from Alan Dovey @workingminds_uk about referrals into the service, reaction to trauma & EMDR. Looking out for colleagues who may be experiencing burn out and appropriate signposting #TRiM #signposting #support
