Still being lied to and ignored by @virginmedia who have taken another £63 out of my bank despite “promising” I wouldn’t be charged. Lied to that they have contacted me regards my complaint which has 0 resolution on the email.

@virginmedia Still no feedback from @virginmedia regarding the complaint, told it has to be dealt with within 72hours. Due to be charged £75 for a contract I didn’t agree to, didn’t get any info or t&cs, all when I tried to cancel within 30 days of end of contract. Why am I being punished?

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia, on the phone for at least 2 hours on 3 separate occasions, speaking to ~8 people. Hung up on, put on hold/transferred when still speaking, constant repeating of the same questions all to be offered a “deal” double a new customer price!

@virginmedia I tried the chat. The new home was connected this eve. I was able to disconnect in 30days but only at a fee… (due to the renewal I never authorised). I was advised to raise a complaint to get the fee wavered… not holding my breath though :(

@virginmedia Nearly 2 weeks on and I’m even further back. I was ringing to move house and to renew my contract that ends in July. Since, I have rang on 8 different occasions a) to cancel b) as my new home was not connected c) contract was renewed without my permission. Still no luck…

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE ✌🏻.
