@AmericanAir lost my dad’s bag, it’s been missing over 5 days now, we can’t get ANYONE to answer the customer service line (on hold for hours), and no one else has given us any helpful information. It’s pathetic how AWFULLY handled this has been. Wouldn’t recommend

@airblueairline just denied me boarding for a flight I had a confirmed ticket for because @DubaiAirports let someone in front of me while I was standing AT the check-in counter and then they told me the flight was over booked and there were no more tickets. Absolutely pathetic.
