We rely solely on the dedication of #physios to cover these shifts - often with personal sacrifice

The dedication of #oncall physios never ceases to amaze me. Ever!

#Respiratory #Physiotherapists get paid £16 (before tax) oncall rate for an entire 15 hour night on call (incl weekends)

A tenner to be at the end of the phone/stay sober/and within 40 mins of the hospital (1/2)
