No one warned me how much having a child effects your mental health. Postpartum depression dosent’ just disappear, it lingers and hits you hard.

“Army life” means my husband leaves before Harlynn wakes up and 85% of the time gets home as she is getting ready for bed. No family around, no friends, no date nights and no breaks.
