@danwilsoncraw @genrentuk rented a flat with a bathroom roof that leaked every time it rained. asked repeatedly for the landlord to repair it, his excuse was 'it's not safe to go on the roof, it's icy up there'. it was April and not cold. I still have health issues from the mold it caused!
