During handover time, 1 relative decided to ring the arrest button bec she was panicking & the bell has been ringing for a few minutes. Our fault.

Right after that, a kitchen staff basically screamed at us bec the diet checklist wasn't done properly. Our fault.

Some days I'll just let things like this slide, but it's not right. I was glad I kept my composure bec I just want her to know we (nurses) have feelings too.
