(2/2) @joeandthejuice When I queried the price difference your staff member just shrugged their shoulders and then blanked me. Through further probing I learnt I was the 16th complaint of the day. Is this acceptable #customerservice ? #consumerrights
(1/2) Apparently @joeandthejuice have put their prices up. Not that they’re telling their customers…drink clearly advertised as £6.10 but when I tapped to pay I then realised I’d been charged £6.20. Barista failed to inform me of price change… this doesn’t feel right to me.
Leaseholders forced to pick their poison: risk burning to death as they sleep, or have all their posessions destroyed by water. Brought to you by @Conservatives, "the party of home ownership". Shameful that @BorisJohnson still doest have a grip on the situation.
My toddler just drew a ‘nice’ red line down my freshly painted white wall. Red’n’White… if that’s not the sign of an England win 🏴 then I don’t know what is!! Nearly asked her to draw the corresponding line… #cominghome#Euro2020#Euro2020Final#England#ItsComingHome

A bill of £79,000. Payable in 1 month. To fix a problem we are in no way responsible for creating.
We urge our MPs to do the only just, moral & honourable thing to do & vote for the McPartland Smith Amendment on Monday.
Thank you.

The McPartland/Smith amendment to the #FireSafetyBill will return to the Commons on Monday. Before MPs vote I simply ask them this. Please imagine how you would feel if this bill dropped through your letter box. #EndOurCladdingScandal@EOCS_Official@ukcag
I hope the Government will be willing to comprise or discuss other solutions to the #EndOurCladdingScandal after the Lords sent the McPartland-Smith amendment back to the Commons. That hasn’t happened yet but there is still time. @EOCS_Official@ukcag@SMcPartland
Great result in Lords! 326 v 248. The amendment to prevent leaseholders paying the price for a building crisis is WON. Back to the Commons for a Govnt response. #EndOurCladdingScandal
(1/6) Royal Quay's Interim costs for 2021 (£957k) compared to a normal SC year (£270k)👇. We are now in the position that our MA have started discussions on how to shut Royal Quay down because the accounts are massively in arrears, (200 LHs/400+residents made homeless). This will
