@ZARA_Care My feedback on reintroducing phone calls for customer service was just some general customer service feedback as I have to get in touch multiple times anytime I need customer service support from Zara and I see other people mentioning the same issue

@ZARA_Care My customer service feedback. I’ve had to message five times (1 x chat, 1 x Twitter & 3 WhatsApp) to resolve my problem and it still isn’t fully resolved but I’ve given up. It could’ve been fixed in 2 min over the phone, please reintroduce calls for customer service
