I’m rating Grand Lux Cafe’s chicken schnitzel a 9. 6/10. I wish it came with spaetzle instead of mashed potatoes, but everything works beautifully together. If Cheesecake Factory served this, I might eat it every week.

I tried empanadas yesterday. They were nearly sold out, with only spinach, mushroom and mozzarella, plus chipotle chicken left. They were good, but I probably wouldn’t order the spinach one again.
I ordered a Caesar salad pizza with half grilled chicken and half fried chicken. They drew a literal line down the middle, as if the two chickens were about to fight a civil war.
It’s National Waffle Day, so I tried Cheesecake Factory’s new chicken-and-waffle skewers: crispy fried chicken with cheddar–green chile waffles, hot honey, and maple-butter syrup. Bite-sized and delicious, with a noticeable green chile kick. 7. 9/10.
