@JDhelpteam I’ve received a text to say that you couldn’t fulfil my order! Which is annoying in itself. But I’ve paid by Clearpay, how do I cancel it so I’m not paying for something I’ve not received. Do you update them or what?

@ArgosHelpers absolutely SHOCKING. Placed an order for A LOT of money. You take my money then cancel the order straight away, telling me I have wait 5 working days for a refund. DISGUSTING!

@AsdaServiceTeam I never asked for colleague information 😂 I just want to know why you have a store phone if no customers can get through. Your customer services said I had to call the store to speak to a manager? So I’m simply asking how if your stores don’t allow calls from customers.

@AsdaServiceTeam is there a way to contact a manager at the store directly please? I was told to contact the store by your customer service team but I can’t get to speak to anyone there?
