@mayaofficialph DM sent. I communicated with a chat agent already. The agent could not find a resolution on my concern. It made me feel like the only option was to move out of Maya, and not use Maya services anymore.

@mayaofficialph I am unable to cash-in via my bank accounts, and even if I do your basic troubleshooting tips, I still couldn’t. There are no system activities going on from my source bank. It’s been like this for weeks already. Is there really no workaround here?

@jesusfalcis I still can’t cash in through my linked bank accts. Tried to unlink then re-link but, now, I couldn’t even link addl bank accts anymore. Reached out to @mayaofficialph X times. No helpful feedback.

Too bad I referred them pa to my family bec I thought they are better than Gcash.
