@sainsburys please for the love of all things holy tell customers when you have a known account fault on your website. Your customer service team is doing a stellar job fielding queries but I wouldn’t have wasted 20 mins on the phone if i knew it was not my user error
@tedkravitz re:Spa, no one is talking about fan safety. The delay in any decision kept us at the track hours longer than needed, to go dig cars out of water-logged fields in the dark. Who between the circuit owners, FIA and teams should be advocating?
@NOWHelpTeam The stick keeps crashing, showing multiple error signals and freezing so attempting to sign out is quite an ask. Appears to have kicked in at the same time as errors for many others in the last couple of days
@NOWHelpTeam how can my stick device be offline and getting a concurrency error on the iPad? Whatever you guys did these past days has completely f**ked your service.
