Shoutout to the unsung heroes of healthcare.

It’s not the executives who are keeping the system afloat, it’s the MAs, LPNs, CRNAs, office managers, and other frontline staff.

I often get asked for coffee chats (fyi I don’t drink coffee), mainly to network and/or get introductions to hard to reach ppl.

The reality is that most entrepreneurs should go talk to frontline staff instead.

Over the past year, most of what I've learned has been from doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other frontline staff.

Just some food for thought. Have a great hump day.
