@GMPRochdale please can you let me know if a) your police officers out on patrol are allowed to use their blue lights and sirens in a non emergency, ie to get somewhere quicker? And b) if they aren’t allowed who can o contact regarding a complaint of the abuse of powers?

During my outings this morning I’ve seen a police van run an amber light in Chadderton and a undercover car driver on her phone whilst in control of a vehicle, turned on , in a drive thru. Wow @gmpolice
