At physio yesterday I tripped on the stair and fell on my knee 😖. Felt embarrassed and sick 🤢. Very swollen and bruised, but do seem to have more movement today 😬. Most people have a Manipulation Under Anaesthetic, but I may have done mine without 😵‍💫

@dpduk_ picked up on doorbell camera. Pull up, drop off, pull away…..new process that cuts out the arduous task of ringing doorbell, knocking door, and/or locating safe space……upping productivity 😜

16 incidences of not ringing the doorbell (although recently that has improved), not ascertaining that someone is at home, and not leaving in designated safe place…..how difficult is this process? Sent emails and they keep raising with depot.
