@NonMaternalMum We were in a similar position with our little boy - 4lb 1oz at 4 weeks early due to IUGR. Very grateful for the excellent care he received @NGHnhstrust in his first 12 days of life 💞

@soniaswartCEO @NGHnhstrust Then staff told me they were too busy to book me a further appointment as I was requested to arrange and that one of them had not had lunch. Well neither had I as I'd been there for hours 😔

@soniaswartCEO Some lovely staff @NGHnhstrust however my 10 min appointment was far from efficient today - one hour and 50 mins late, was left in a room alone for 25 mins, then had to wait a further 50 mins for a blood test #veryinefficient
