@SingaporeAir We understand safety first, but being a frequent passenger who experienced the good service of SQ, you handle this situation poorly from communication from cabin crew, basic needs of passengers who are waiting in less comfortable facilities are not acceptable

@SingaporeAir SQ437 engine issues stranded in Male airport at 1:30 am. Finally they sent us back to waiting lounge but without water etc. no shop open at this hour- perhaps some courtesy initiative for tired passengers on red eye? 2.5hrs waiting now super fatigue
