Goals are to build good habits & break bad ones.
Habit stacking
Cue -> Cravings -> Response -> Reward.
Every morning, no time, no alarm. As soon as I wake up.
No work today:
Fix bed -> Morning Wife -> Morning Baby -> Change Clothes -> Jogging -> Change Clothes -> Do Laundry (Optional) -> Breakfast -> Wash Dishes -> 1/3
Coffee -> Read 2 Books / 2-Page -> Post on X
Work today:
Wake up -> Fix Bed -> Morning Wife -> Morning Baby -> Change Clothes -> Stretching -> Bike -> Bfast -> Read Book -> Rest -> Go to work.

Put this in mind, some need more care than others, like some are more taller .. 1/2
Once you achieve something you want, we always want more. It is never enough.
Money creates problems. Climbing one mountain exposes another, higher peak. There is never enough love.
However, virtue is the one good that reveals itself to be more than we expect.
This is something nice to keep in mind.
We react to something without doing a single thing.
Disturbing news and your reaction to it has relevance to your reasoned choice.
Meaningless sympathy does very little either and comes at the cost of one's own serenity.
We receive compliments, honor, or recognition for what we feel for all the accomplishments people notice. We also receive negative comments, dislike or not being recognized.
We respond in the same way: with indifference and acceptance.
Only your behavior will be notice
We always have an option to be selfish, rude, awful, shortsighted, pedantic evil, or simply stupid.
Always remember, every noble deed is voluntary. You want to, you get to
