Gained +3.5% from today's trades, recovered from yesterday's losing streak too. Manually closed because it's 1AM here and I can't monitor charts any longer, sleepy.

6.6% left on my profit target before I go live. Price been choppy lately. If anyone knows why, please let me know.

My backtesting is done, over 6 months and 250+ trades worth of data. I could keep going but I feel like it's diminishing returns.

All that's left now is to complete my forward-testing and hit my remaining 10.1% profit target. FTMO trial account ends today so I'd have to another.

Tough week but up another +1.6% gain on the account. I neglected EURUSD the past few days, lesson learned. Missed good setups because of it.

10.1% left on my profit target before I'm confident enough to go live. Glad FTMO got rid of their time limit too.

Not sure why but I think MetaQuotes demo accounts only last a week, then I get kicked out after. Still keeping my progress but I started an FTMO trial for the last 13.2% profit target

Labor Day today, no trades for me (expecting lower volatility because it's a US holiday).

Nice to see that a setup still formed and ran nicely. Inspires confidence in my system.

How does my new charts look? Is the new color scheme better? Aiming for cleaner, aesthetic charts 🥹

@ochejamie Thank you, slowly trying to simplify and refine everything about my trading. I have a $100k FTMO challenge account ready once I finish forward-testing my current strategy. Aiming for 20% profit target, 13.2% left to go 🤞

Still backtesting this other strategy, but it's for when price is inside the previous day's range, and it doesn't sweep either PDH/PDL.
If backtesting results are promising, the strategy then gets forward-tested on a demo.

No setup today...probably the same will be for tomorrow.

@ochejamie For me personally, minimum of 3+ months on 2 different pairs. If I feel the strategy is very consistent, then I'd move on with forward-testing. Forward-testing will expose any flaws in the strategy when emotions are involved. Then when that's also a success, we'd go live-account.

I couldn't login to my forward-testing demo so I had to start a new one. Still keeping record of my progress tho.

Made +2% today, trade manually closed at PM session as per rules (might have to refine, just need to find the ICT video for it).

Up +7.8% overall of my 20% target!

Up 4.78% total, made 1.5% today (1 win, 1 loss). I used a fixed RRR of 1:2.5 since it's Friday.

I need to make more minor tweaks, but my strategy is pretty much solid. Tweak my limit order placements, need more precision so I have a small SL, but spreads might not trigger me in.

New challenge, I'm going to see if I can make 10% profit again, but with a $100k account size.

So far, I am up 3.2%. Still optimizing my trading plan, and I'm making use of Tradingview alerts now.

My main issue is knowing early which PD Array to use so my entries aren't so late

Took a small 1% loss because I realized I was in the wrong side of the market. Recovered it and met the 10% profit target for this $10k account.

I'm gonna redo this challenge again on a brand new $10k account. Maybe I can ditch PM session and London Open? Need to streamline more

Back from break! Quick AM session w/ GBPUSD, aiming for 10% profit target with this account before trying out w/ FTMO again.

Should've been more precise when drawing, but it's a learning lesson. Ending today w/ a +1.52% profit. Trade manually closed at 3PM EST as per new rules.
