This past week Becky and I organized a hay drive for NE. Truly blessed with amazing community that answered the call. We had 7 semi loads taken over yesterday- the recipient was in tears. Thanks to EVERYONE that made this happen! @BVanryswyk @hansenag @rclfarms_ross

Colon Cancer is the #1 killer in under age 50!

Colonoscopy starts at age 45 or 10 years earlier of diagnosis of family member. If under 45 having GI problems find the root problem!

March is Colon Cancer awareness month- but I will continue every day to PUSH everyone to get scheduled for Colonoscopy do not rely on Cologuard only- mine was negative and I was stage 4. If you are 45 or having GI issues PLEASE I beg you get scheduled today!

Well I am happy to report- my signatera is negative for 6 months now (no cancer cells in blood stream) my scans are clear as well. We have 1 lymph node that is stable that we continue to monitor. @hansenag @bmreadel
