If you know trainers anywhere in the world that may find this opportunity intriguing, please send this to them.
Attention all aspiring trainers. As many of you know @resracingky is in the planning process for a new state of the art training center in the US.
We have already acquired 450 acres that adjoins the farm for the new facility that will be a European style turf gallop training center with a US traditional oval mile dirt and turf track.
The center will be state of the art with the most modern facilities and technology in horse racing.
The training center will train all @resracing horses with barns for various trainers that train for us and will have facilities for other owners to train their horses here.
We will be hiring staff to help with the venture soon. Please follow us @resracingky on X, Facebook and instagram to stay up to date with our hiring plans. Eventually, We are going to need a track manager, riders, grounds keepers, grooms, etc…
Right now we are looking for a couple of young trainers that are willing to travel the globe and spend time with some of the best thoroughbred trainers to prepare to join our team as assitant trainers specifically for Resolute Racing. They will be employed by Resolute Racing and covered by our wonderful benefits as well. With housing options onsite.
If you are interested please send your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are the right person for the job to [email protected].
DO NOT MESSAGE OR EMAIL ME as I unreliable check my messages.
We are looking for people that are open to building on the training techniques of the past but are open to trying g new things to improve performance and reduce injury.
The future of the industry comes from people willing to honor the traditions of the past with an eye toward the what the future CAN be.
We will never advance if we just do the same things over and over again.
While 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, Elon Musk now owns more wealth than the bottom 53% of households — and is running the government.
That’s what Oligarchy is all about.
“No government—regardless of which party is in power—should dictate what private universities can teach, whom they can admit and hire, and which areas of study and inquiry they can pursue.” - President Alan Garber https://t.co/6cQQpcJVTd
Let me get this straight:
Killer is Luigi Mangione, Ivy League grad with degrees in comp sci, avid reader and active contributor on GitHub.
He has a 130+ IQ but he takes off his mask at a Starbucks to flirt with an employee, then an hour later goes and calmly kills the CEO of a major healthcare company, rides away on a bike.
A week later goes to a local McDonalds where he brings the murder weapon, the fake ID he used to check into a hotel, and a written manifesto on how horrible the American healthcare system is. He somehow gets identified by the cashier after he sits down.
He works on his laptop until police come inside the McDonalds, sitting there with a ghost gun and suppressor he made himself.
Gotcha.
Trump will be remembered in history for giving the internet such an amazing gift…
It will be an even bigger gift to Harris and America in general though.

In lesser known horse racing news the county fairs have a super star in Weston. A horse who yesterday at Crooked River won his 13th straight race. He initially won the Best Pal at 2 but then lost 9 races. Since 2022 he’s traveled from fair to fair unbeaten. Could he = Cigar?
Racing lost its compass when we replaced ‘passion for the sport’ leadership with CEO driven mentality. Ask people that know horses, ride horses, check legs daily & depend on horses staying sound for their living if they think Tapeta is the answer. My stance is we are not addressing the real problem when you change to synthetic surfaces. As long as we continue to place the most emphasis on breeding speed instead of stamina and soundness we will have trouble keeping horses sound. The only thing changing to synthetic accomplishes longterm is to confuse the breeder, buyer and player while breeding soft horses for nerf tracks. I have an idea 💡 Let’s get real with stallion- pedigree studies which give a score for soundness. That way when we are blinded by the clock as they go 9.4 in March we at least have something showing the risk of those types that run brilliantly fast for 5 races and then go breed 150 mares with the hopes of reproducing the exact same results. Surface is never as important as what we put on it. They used to run on
Plowed feilds, harrowed by teams of mules/horses, instead of satellite driven leveling apparatus on high tech tractors. But they were different horses then. Bred to run, not Bred to go 9.4, not Bred to win at 1st asking not Bred with the main emphasis on setting records in the sale ring.
