His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle.

Can someone please explain to me how we are meant to make and cancel payments to companies and services when we cannot get through to them via phone or online chat, and there are no other options of contact? Do we just stop paying or continue to pay knowing we won't get a refund?
