@Redrow Have tried Contacting Redrow numerous times and the response from customer service is shocking. Explain to me how this is acceptable to build like this? And how this passed health and safety building regulations ???

How do @Redrow think it's acceptable to retain 2+ metre high gardens with wooden posts that rot!Who signed these builds off?! We have 3 children who can't use garden because of the mess we are left with! @Redrow don't want to know, they should be held accountable for this mess!

@Claires_Help So you think letting it close up and repiercing is an acceptable option for a child? Why would you put them through that again when they were so anxious the first time. If the piercing was wrong then fair enough, but not for a faulty earring.

@Claires_Help had my daughters ears pierced at the weekend. One of the gems fell out the same day. Messaged via Facebook but response is so slow! Still waiting to hear what's going to be done,as the response from who I spoke with was to let it close over and have it re done!! 🤔
