15th DAY ON SALT & WATER
On the 15th day of fast Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji visited the anshan place at martyrs park in Leh to support the movement.
Villages in Ladakh observed fast from those bordering China & Pakistan to the city of Leh.
In Delhi 100s of people came to join us but they were forcibly bundled in busses & detained.

A record large number of some 1800 people joined me for anshan today.
Once again leaders expressed their frustration and disbelief at how the government is treating the people who have played a role as important as the soldiers, volunteering in every war fought here from 1948 to 1962 to 1965, 1971, 1999, 2020

An unexpectedly large number of 1500 people joined me for anshan today. Leh has only 30,000 people and Ladakh 300,000.
Leaders of various organisations expressed their anguish, anger and shock at how the government could so blatantly break their promises after winning two elections!
