@hopper May I please request assistance for a refund on flights that were canceled last year? I’ve submitted multiple help tickets within the app but have yet to receive a single reply. This is $1,000 I’d like back.

@hopper I’ve tried contacting the airlines directly but since I booked my tickets via you, a 3rd-party booking agency, I HAVE to resolve this via Hopper. 2020 was challenging enough. I refuse to lose $1,000+ due to your co’s failure.
