This cluster randomized controlled trail in India studied 1,671 adults to examine the effectiveness of a structured family-based cardiovascular health intervention in improving weight management.

The findings demonstrate that a family-based approach to lifestyle interventions can significantly improve weight management & cardiovascular health among high-risk individuals.
