@virginmedia how do i get put in contact with the fraud departpment?? Still trying to deal with an issue thats been ongoing for over a year now after being assured multiple times it had been dealt with, absolute joke
@virginmedia the one that still appears on my credit file is a virgin mobile account in default, i have contacted yourselfs multiple times over the lasst 12 months and everytime ive been assured its declared as fraudulent and will me removed within 5 weeks, been told a lie every time
@virginmedia I was a victim of identity fraud last year, multiple credit accounts were opened with numerous different companies (including 3 with yourselves) - these have all since been closed down, declared as fraudulent and removed from my credit file.. except from one account with you(1/2)
