VIGIL Research Terminal v4 is live.

Two things shipped.

1. Native scientific tool-use. The Terminal now calls dedicated databases directly, PubMed, https://t.co/tSGseyL1XX, Europe PMC, OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar. It picks the right one per question and runs them in parallel. A citation gate blocks any high-stakes claim without at least one peer-reviewed source attached.

2. Cryptographic receipts on every answer. Every response carries a SHA-256 fingerprint over the question, answer, sources, model, timestamp, and wallet. Click Verify, your browser recomputes the hash locally via Web Crypto. No server call. No trust in our infrastructure required.

PASS —> answer is byte-for-byte what was issued.
FAIL —> something was tampered with.

The receipt travels with the answer. Always.
