That is NOT a NOTAM... anybody can be broadcasting and any jerk can answer so you have no proof. Nations exchange NOTAMs with each other for international flights, often via the International NOTAM Office (NOF).

So basically - you ignored official procedures and just started doing it out of the blue. Screw anyone else who might get shot down or run afoul of a wayward PRC missile.
