Clearly, this week is the worst week to introduce an interesting twist of invisible HOH. Why? #BB25
1) Houseguests playing in duo's.
2) So, its easy to decipher which duo won HOH.

How Double Veto would work : #bb25
1) Similar to BB23 "High Roller's Room" twist which had double PoV
2) One will be normal PoV
3) Other will be handed over to the one who bet on the veto winner correctly!
4) All will be givern certain amount of BB Bucks to play!
