Offer up this prayer with thanksgiving in your heart, saying, “What are my worries compared to my great big God?” Then the apostle Paul adds, “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).
“I can’t do it. The dream is too great; the opposition too strong.” The problem is you never saw what God was up too. If you don’t take the risk, you’ll never see how God was going to step in and make it easier than you thought.
I didn't know I had a purpose. I just knew I had a pain I couldn't explain and a fire I couldn't put out. The wilderness you're in right now is not the end of your story. It's the formation of your story.
The pain isn't pointless. The delay isn't denial. The hidden season isn't abandonment. It's preparation.
Say yes to the calling- even if you can't see the whole picture yet. Especially then.
⬇️ What has God called you to that you haven't fully said yes to yet? This is your moment to declare it.
https://t.co/sz3cVFdPHY if I can pray for you personally.
Every opposition I've faced confirmed I was on the right path. Nothing comes after something that doesn't matter. The attack is evidence of the assignment. What was sent to stop you will end up serving your story.
A silent believer is a powerless believer. You have to speak the blessing before you see the blessing. God has promised you freedom, favor, peace, but you have to declare it. Something happens when you speak. Forces of darkness are broken. Strongholds come down.
When you ask God to come in, you’re saying, “God, don’t just change the situation, change me. Help me to not just go through this but to grow through it. If God delivered you out of everything instantly, you would never reach your potential.
The Scripture says, “God watches over His Word to perform it.” It doesn’t say God watches over our complaints, our begging, “Please God, You know this is not fair. You’ve got to turn this around.” Yes, He’s concerned. He sees the wrongs, but what moves God to act is when He hears His Word.
In church, we clean everything up and make it look so nice. But the reality? We all walked in here carrying something.
That's why I said: hold their hand. Because it reminds them- somebody sees me. Somebody chose to be here next to me. And there is a God who loves me more than any shame, more than any past.
The greatest change we can bring to this world
starts with one person being changed. ⬇️ Tag someone who held YOUR hand when you needed it most.
You cannot afford to live as a passive, complaining Christian. You are called to be salt and light. Salt preserves and makes thirsty; light exposes and guides. You are meant to be God’s preserving, awakening presence in the midst of culture. That means you must stop seeing yourself as someone who is “just surviving” the times and instead embrace your role as someone God is using to shape the times.

What if you could see people the way God sees them?
The pain you went through? The problems that should have ended you? The hell you survived that you don't talk about? That was preparation for every person you're about to encounter who needs someone who gets it.
Make a decision today- not just to be saved, but to be sent. Not just to know God, but to carry Him into every room you enter.
⬇️ What's the thing you went through that you now realize was preparing you for something bigger than yourself? Drop it below.
“It is not good for us to trust in our merits, in our virtues or our righteousness; but only in God's free pardon, as given us through faith in Jesus Christ.” –John Wycliffe
You’re drawing in what you’re thinking about. If you’re telling yourself, “This problem is too big; I’ll never make it through this sickness.” You’re defeating yourself. Turn it around. “Yes, this looks difficult, but God, I know You’re on the throne.”
The Scripture says, “But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called ‘Today,’ so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness” (Hebrews 3:13). It’s the power of encouragement, but too often we don’t take it as seriously as we should.
You don’t have to fight Goliath by yourself, the sickness, the addiction, the struggle. That may be too much for you. You can’t do it in your own strength. That’s not your part. Your part is to pronounce the blessing. Declare what God says. Once you put your stake down, God will go to work.
When it says put God in remembrance of His promises, it’s not because God has forgotten what He said. It’s not for His sake; it’s for our sake. You’ll know that God being for you is more than the world being against you.
