@immigrationgirl @Im4Fairness4all Thanks Emily. Could you please ask why, despite repeated advisories, USCIS is not processing 1000’s of interfiles ? where as refiles are getting speedy approvals - they specifically mentioned not to refile. Many interfiles are now stuck in CRP state too.

Frankly the arguments they made in the brief was mediocre compared to uscis arguments. Uscis made clear Concrete arguments where as these guys were more heresay. This cannot be forgiven.
