@TeamStubHub I was scammed and your customer service team has basically told me to go kick rocks. I paid $80 for an event I never received my tickets for.

@TeamStubHub I was scammed out of tickets to an event on 12/11. I contacted support on 12/9 and was told my case would be escalated for a refund. Today when I contacted support they told me there was no record of a conversation which isn't true.

@TeamStubHub @StubHub you know it's really not fun being scammed out of a ticket. Just to have stub hub support blow you off and tell you to just "wait it out" until the day of my event and then be disconnected on. I've been trying to get this resolved for over a month now.
