@Centrelink is 4 months a normal amount of time to wait for a claim to be processed? 3 months have passed since estimated completion date. No outstanding tasks, can’t get through. Office staff can’t help

@AnujaCabraal Thanks. I have my grumpy self righteous hat on today so the agent did not know what hit her when I refused to agree to pay for a new door and said i’d like to take it to VCAT. In addition I will be making a compensation claim on my time, furniture loss, disposal etc.

I have moved to the sticks and it's been great but I've a little culture shock. Must remember that the local supermarket closes at 1pm on the weekend. Also I am without internet until next week.
