@Amica really disappointed in the customer service. Have been misquoted, told incorrect information, and have had to rectify multiple errors by pointing them out myself. Each time, customer service was rude and quick to attack/accuse me. Amica was at fault for all errors...

@optimum not to mention the service issues. Everything is slow and spotty. No one can help. Want to charge for “service.” Getting everything for free from optimum wouldn’t make this worth it. If you have any other provider choice, choose it. Run away!!!

@optimum service tech got rerouted and he said optimum was supposed to call me. They did not. Online chat is a joke. Looking to cancel after less than 2 weeks is a sign your service is horrendous. There’s a reason everyone here hates optimum, should have listened.

@optimum I have been a customer for a little over week and am appalled at the customer service. Have a service appt today (that I refused to pay $80 for because that’s BS) and the first tech tried to come 2.5 hours early. Second tech said he was 15 mins away.

@UnitedIllum @DataSlayerNYC This response is not helpful to those left without power. We have no accurate restoratation times and no signs of progress. Small clusters of outages are outages nonetheless. There are more crews working than open events. We need answers.
