@IRCTCofficial Ticket has been closed citing time barred case! Really? We were in terrible rain, landslide stranded with small kids and elderly ones, on top of it we had no networks- the last message we got was on cancellation- IRCTC should have auto initiated refund!!

@rjginnie we were all going in a queue due to traffic but this guy came in wrong land and stopped entire traffic, the problem is everyone in correct lane has to stop to let go this guy to clear up traffic, how pathetic!
