"First & foremost, the guy needs to have speed. The guy needs to be fast. We cannot teach them speed, so he needs to be fast, but really needs to be a team player, work closely with the team. And especially for a small team like us, those two drivers, the integration into the team, how they motivate the team, how they drive the team, is very, very important. It’s got to be a personal character that is very important for us. But I think it’s the same for any teams, but especially for teams like us. We are a small team, so it’s very, very important."
