@OVOEnergy no response to complaint -not even an auto message! 14 months after my sister's death now receiving demands again for 250 quid despite this having apparently been resolved in June 2023 by a senior complaints handler. Hugely distressing.
@YourSSE are your complaints team/CEO all on holiday? Or just don't want to address why you sent my late sister a demand at my address for a fiver a week after having 3 assurances from your CS Team and your outsourced "deceased management service" that the account was closed
@TravelodgeUK Hi how do you speak to anyone to resolve an issue. 13p a minute for your central phone number! Finsbury Park hotel phone number out of order since 30 June! Waiting for a refund for a room that was uninhabitable due to leaks. Not heard anything from anyone.
Every journalist who interviews Zahawi & Shapps over the next few weeks has a public duty to press them hard on these issues. It may be they’ve done nothing wrong, but let the country be sure of that. It’s extraordinary what’s happening given how this election came about.
@santanderukhelp Yes as soon as she came off her current call. 2 hours later..long call! Call was a waste of time when it came. No offer to resolve anything. Sorry that;s the process and thats it. I had to make suggestions about what she might do to help. Awful. I'll be closing my account
@santanderukhelp no access to my account because I tried to buy a car. Cant tell me when I will have access. Cant make online purchases. Can use debit card except I'm rural with no car to get to shops because you stopped me buying it. Manager meant to ring back.
