One of the greatest advice I will ever give to young girls is to keep themselves until marriage. Life preserves your virginity if you can. Sex is not love. Sex before marriage is not commitment. Sex before marriage creates unnecessary entitlements and entanglements. Sex makes you hang around the wrong person for a very long time. Sex before marriage only exposes you to more body counts, and it's not going to stop. Sex before marriage leads to unplanned parenting, unwanted pregnancy, and puts you at risk of infection. And you must not entertain men who hang around you for too long. A man who's serious about you will not hang around for long. Likewise, some men can spend on you just to sleep with you or go to any lengths. A man who is serious and committed to you will not doubt himself or ghost you.

Commitment is a sign of respect and value, so go where you're valued.

If you aren't a virgin anymore, you can start celibacy. Above all, dear queens, get social education and awareness. Go for value. Go for gold.
