If I was unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with cancer and was admitted to an international centre of excellence to be treated, I would want my treatment to be driven by a medically qualified oncologist (Doctor) and not be managed by someone with no medical degree or training in cancer medicine

This is irresponsible and a danger to pts. I'm pretty sure that private patients at the @royalmarsdenNHS wouldnt have to tolerate such sub standard care- why should it be different for NHS patients?
